Hawk Link hours are modified during breaks/holidays

*Breaks - staff are available remotely

• The Hawk Link office is typically closed in Summerfield Hall Suite 130 but staff remain available remotely.
  • Spring break: March 17-23
  • In between Spring/Summer terms: May 19-June 6
  • In between Summer/Fall terms: July 28-Aug. 6
  • Fall break: Oct. 11-14
  • Thanksgiving break: Nov. 26-28
  • Winter break: Dec. 13, 2025 to Jan. 9, 2026

Hawk Link Office is open during the regular semester

*Regular semesters: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

• Jan. 13 to May 16, 2025 (Spring 25)
• June 9 to July 25, 2025 (Summer 25)
• Aug. 18 to Dec. 12, 2025 (Fall 25)

Walk-ins are available when the Hawk Link Office is open, to ensure prompt assistance, scheduling an appointment is Navigate 360 is recommended. 

Hawk Link staff are available in-person and through virtual assistance (phone, Teams or Zoom) when we are open or by appointment.
